Shipping policy
We currently have a processing time of 2-5 days. This means that your order will be shipped within this time frame.
- When will my order arrive?
After your order is shipped, it normally takes 2-4 days to reach your home, depending on where you live. Orders outside Europe could take up to 7 business days to arrive at your house.
- My order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays from Bpost or Mondial Relay, once the package leaves our warehouse, it's not in our hands anymore. However, if you didn't receive a shipping confirmation yet after 5 days, please contact us so we can check it's status.
- My order was returned, what do I do?
Please contact us through e-mail. Once we receive the return from the post, we can either ship your package again or refund you your money. !Note that we will charge extra to make another shipping label, or in case of a refund we will charge a fee of 2.5 euro (this will automatically be deducted from your refund amount).
- Where can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Through this link, you can follow your shipment. Check the status of your package very well, because if the package got delivered in a pick-up point, it will be send back to me if you don't pick it up in time. If this happens, we will have to charge you an additional fee to ship the order again.
